Seal Beach, CA
They should rename this small shopping center to Leisure World Village. It’s just outside one of gates to the senior community. As a result, most of the shops here cater to the demographic. Several banks, a Dollar Store, a Medical facility and several real estate offices that focus on Leisure World homes. There is also a dry cleaner and a Carl’s as well. Wish they had a small grocery shop and/​or drug store, then you find a lot more LW residents here. An old but clean place and typically for the seniors of Leisure World.
