History

Established in 2015.

Tyler James and Josh Chandler met in 2005 when as an aspiring law enforcement officer, Mr. Chandler decided to become a mentor with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. Mr. James was twelve at the time, and thought he would give the bald guy in a police recruit uniform a shot at being his ‘big brother’.

Fast-​forward to 2016 and with almost two decades of investigations, law enforcement, military and executive security experience between them, Josh and Tyler represent the best of what mentorship programs can become: a business forged by hard work and brotherhood, and a commitment to family, community, and excellence for their clients.

Manager

Mr. Chandler serves as the executive director of operations for Justice Solutions Group. He is a former Federal Law Enforcement Officer for the Department of Defense with over fifteen years of experience in criminal and civil investigations, executive security, counterintelligence, close protection and covert surveillance. He has led the security and risk management programs of several world-​class properties including The Grove in Los Angeles, as well as provided close protection security to dozens of Fortune 100 business executives, celebrity entertainers, foreign diplomats and their families.

His expertise includes the investigation of complex personal injury, AOE/​COE/​EEO, family law and other civil matters, criminal investigations, corporate espionage, loss prevention, security through environmental design, executive protection, residential security program development, terrorism prevention and the development of liability prevention & risk management programs.
