My initial experience was great! The owner/​manager was cheery and her helper Karen was super sweet and knowledgable. I spent about $ 550 that day later to discover the quality of the clothing was not worth the amount. The string came off of two of the sweaters and one of which came undone at my work christmas party!!! When I went to return them she did not let me exchange one of the items or give me store credit… She told me to do a repair sew at home. I mean come on… really? A horrible place to shop. Plus I paid so much money on such cheap quality. I couldn’t believe how the customer service changed drastically when it came time to exchange. Will NEVER shop here again!

Knowledgeable owner/​manager who knows her stock and customers. Very patient — kind and respectful to both me and my tween daughter — stock is designed for teens and adults, but we had no problem finding great items! Everything in her store is very reasonably priced and well made. My daughter is petite, too sophisticated for kids departments, and too small for juniors. She found five terrific outfits for $ 200 including a pair of sandals that will take her through the spring, summer and into the Fall. Score! My absolute favorite store for her is now Imagine — we will return to Seal Beach soon!

I loved this store! I wanted to grab one of every single thing that they had on the racks, including accessories and jewelry!
The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and she made me feel like she was a competent stylist. I will definitely be back!

A cute little boutique I stumbled upon while parking on Main Street. I only came in because I saw a pretty wrap hanging along the entry way.
As soon as I came in, a nice lady greeted me. She was friendly and helpful. She brought down the wrap I wanted to try on. And suggested other article of clothing she felt I might like.
There were other cute stuff there such as fashion jewelry and accessories. Anyway, I did end up purchasing the wrap I wanted. I would probably come back and browse again in here if I’m back in the area;)
