Established in 1989.
I have been a mortgage lender for over 24+ years. I provide real estate financing for all types of properties and situations. That includes purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages and commercial loans.
But that is only part of what I do.
I believe everyone should be able to own their home free and clear at some point in the future.
We have a debt problem in this country. While I get people in debt for a living, but my goal it to show them how to get out of debt more quickly.
Why should anyone have to worry about where their house payment is going to come from if they decide to take a month off from work to take a long vacation. If their home is paid off, that is no longer an issue. That sounds much less stressful to me, how about you?

I am a numbers person. I have always liked numbers and how they go together. That’s why the mortgage business is so interesting to me. Every person I deal with has a different situation. I have to put the pieces of their puzzle together in order to help them realize their dream of owning a home, or improving their financial posistion.
If I can’t help them now, I give them a plan to follow so they can buy in the future. And, I stay in contact with them to make sure they stay on that plan.
I also work with people to show them how to get out of debt. We have a terrible debt problem in this country and all I can do is try and help one family at a time get out of debt as soon as possible.
So, in a nutshell, I get people in debt for a living, and then show them how to get out of debt in 8 to 12 years.
