I was purchasing the property as a first time homeowner and also as a single woman and Doug made me feel like he was for me the entire time. I went to Doug after I fired another broker who said, «these are all boring numbers, you don’t need to know all the details!»
Doug, on the other hand, spent 90 minutes on the phone the first time talking me through everything. We ended up dealing with a seller’s broker from hell who wanted to control the entire process. Despite that, Doug remained calm and professional and had all the right answers for me. I also had him fill out an excel spreadsheet for me which he did without complaints!
