I had an appointment with Doreen for her bodywork services and had a really good experience.
First of all, the place looks great. It is really well decorated with inspiring quotes on the walls, beautiful furniture and nice lighting. It feels like a spa and you kind of want to hang out after your appointment. They have complementary tea in the waiting area.
Doreen is a great therapist. She is very welcoming and understanding and made me feel comfortable from the start. If you are not familiar with bodywork, I highly recommend you give it a try. It’s like a massage but it uses pressure on specific areas that hold stress and trauma, and helps release it all. It’s very healing and relaxing. Her website is here:
Doreen also offers private and semi-​private yoga classes.
The center is brand new and they currently offer therapy, acupuncture, massage and bodywork. Great place.
Will be back for sure.
