I’ve called Applegate twice for plumbing work at our home. Both visits were great! Very professional, honest and straight-​forward. They did the highest quality work. I will always call Applegate!

I needed a plumber to help me out with figuring out how to reconfigure my tankless water heater to get hot water to my pipes faster. I looked up the local plumber to find Applegate, who had excellent reviews so I thought I’d give them a try. Andy showed up on time and was very dedicated to help me figure out my atypical plumbing issue, which he did an excellent job at. Thank you Andy and Applegate! I will certainly call you guys with all my plumbing needs in the future!

Our Rheem water heat went out, so I went on Unilocal to look for a local plumber. I always try to find a local because time is money, and if you call an outfit that is not local, they have to charge you for traveling time which is reflected in your bill. So always stick to a local.
How I chose Applegate Plumbing is simple: Great reviews on Unilocal! I called Applegate at 10pm Sunday night and left a message, and they got back to me promptly around 9am when I asked them to call. Andy Jones and Tom came over. They know house etiquette… they took their work shoes off when they entered our house. I didn’t even have to ask.
The problem was fixed in a few minutes. When my wife told him that we had a minor plumbing problem under the sink, Andy took his wrench, and with a few twists, fixed the problem right away. No charge.
Very friendly, courteous, and professional. I’ve lined them up for another job.
They’ve been at this for decades and know their profession. Rest assured, they will
treat you right.

I’ve used Applegate Plumbing 3x now and so pleasantly surprised how quick, knowledgeable, and friendly they are. I highly recommend them to anyone and glad that I found them.

I am very happy with the work performed by Andy and Nick from Applegate Plumbing. Yvonne called me back after making the appointment telling me that a truck would be able to arrive at my house earlier than expected. Having a water leak, I needed someone to come out fast. The repairs were performed efficiently and at a reasonable price. And I like supporting a local business. I will contact them again the next time I need a plumber.

So glad I decided to find a local plumber. I spoke to Evon immediately, when calling the number, she sent Andy over in less than an hour. When Andy arrived he took off his shoes (which doesn’t happen often) and proceeded into check my water heater that stopped working. He took a peak told me to call the water heater manufacturer bc I still had a warranty and that I would save over $ 400.00 in parts. He didn’t charge me bc he was there for 5 minutes. Had to call him again, he responded immediately, told me he’d be over first thing in the morning to go above and beyond anything he really had to do. I’m so greatful to have found a company like this and now I have go to plumbers that I can support in my community! Thanks Evon and Andy.

This is the first time I am writing a Unilocal,but I received great service from Andy and that inspired me to sign up for Unilocal!I called yesterday and made an appointment for this morning. He was on schedule, professional, and unclogged my kitchen drains within an hour. It was a reasonably priced service at a cost of $ 110. I would definitely use Applegate again and they have my strong recommendation.

We called Applegate in hopes of getting our stopped toilet fixed (right away) rather than replacing the whole thing. Andy responded quickly and provided a timely, budget-​friendly workaround. He not only resolved the trouble we were having with our toilet, but saved us a lot of money!

Typically, your day isn’t going as planned when you have to call a plumber. I had a crying newborn and a clogged ‘loo on my hands when I called Yvonne yesterday. She told me Larry could be at our place in 30 minutes. Not only was he efficient, but friendly. In 20 minutes, we were back in action. We moved to the area in May and we can safely say we’ve found our plumber. Highly recommend.

Larry and Andy are the best plumbers. They are so friendly, clean, fair and very thorough. I highly recommend them to anyone. Seal Beach is such a small town and the fact they have been in business for so many years here is testimony enough. They understand urgent issues and help in a hurry!

I called Applegate plumbing at 3:45 pm (towards the end of their day) to help unclog our toilet. My wife and I had just returned home form the hospital with our newly born daughter and were in a serious bind. Before calling them, I called another plumber who lives across the street from us and he «couldn’t come» until the following day.
Larry dropped what he was doing and was to our house in 15 minutes. He promptly unclogged the toilet… I can’t tell you what a relief that was. I highly recommend calling Applegate is you are having plumbing issues and need prompt service.
