Great location and have never had a problem until today. The young lady at the print center was rude and not helpful. I needed to print something and I had emailed it to the staples email. I was told to use the kiosk or the computer I was so confused and frustrated. I just don’t understand why she couldn’t have just printed it for me when I had already emailed it to staples. Something that should have taken 2 minutes took 20 minutes?!?

Conveniently located on Route 1 Northbound side, this Staples store offers a huge selection of office products, electronics — including computers, tablets, printers, software. The store offers the convenience of onsite shipping and packaging services. Got a problem with an electronic device? Bring it here for onsite technical support. I have used the technical support once to have a warranty hard drive replaced on a Dell laptop. Even though I was charged for the service, it was convenient enough to leave the laptop with the technical center and have them swap out the faulty hard drive. The technical center also recycles computer monitors — up to a certain size — for free. This is certainly one of the better places to shop for office supplies. They offer a huge selection of paper products, office furniture, and basically anything you need in your office. The store is certainly a favorite of mine. The downfall is the competitive pricing and the availability of certain items they don’t have in the store, but instead, forces you to buy online. You can order online and have the items shipped to the store, but it’s better to ship to home/​business unless the item needs special handling. I came in here recently to pickup an iPad, but they had none on the floor and said it’d be best for me to buy online. The problem with them referring me to buy online (for them) is that by doing so, I compare prices and generally can find the item elsewhere cheaper. So, essentially they lose the business if I don’t buy directly from the store. If they carried more of the popular technical items that are on the market, then I’d probably give the store a higher rating. I do recommend this store though. The staff are always helpful and the store is generally clean.
