Terrible Customer service.
Wife took my truck there for an inspection.
While she was there the guy tried to talk her into a bunch of extra stuff because of high miles. She told them no that I take care of all maintenance. She gets the inspection and leaves. When she got home she noticed that the hood was left open and not shut all the way. She call the store and asked why they opened the hood for an inspection. While she was waiting for the manager, she heard the person who answered the phone say“there’s some lady bitching on the phone” to the manager. My wife didn’t call to bitch, she just wanted to let them know. They really didn’t seem to care. They really didn’t seem to care about the customer or the business. Seems like people don’t take pride in where they work or care for the business they work for.

Well I can only rate them on car inspection. I always take my cars here. The place has a clean waiting area with free coffee. They are quick and courteous. Never once have they came in and tried to tell me I needed wipers or a filter or something. Quick in and out.

They won’t work on VW’s because the messed up on one once.
