Tai chi/​qigong was originally developed in China as a martial art. As a form of exercise you focus on movement & breathing that creates a state of relaxation/​calm. Practiced regularly they can help reduce stress, improve circulation, balance/​coordination & strengthen the immune & nervous systems. Tai chi is called «the dance of the warrior &/​or a moving meditation».

Established in 2000.

I began teaching in Ohio for a non-​profit organization in 2000 & have now started teaching in Charleston SC.
