Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
For more than 15 yrs. I have studied and practiced the intricate elements of health and fitness. When I was 18, I began working in physical therapy, and it was there that I realized exercise was not just a fad I could shuffle in and out of my life when it suited me, but rather, a life-long journey and commitment! I researched and studied everything I could in relation to nutrition — the body’s fuel; and implemented those things for the health of my family. Around 4 yrs. ago, I began an intense sports training program! I experienced first-hand how the body responds to different types of exercises and learned many that anyone can do to keep things fun and challenging. Now, putting all of my knowledge and experience together, I was able to create Phase 10 Athletics — a 10-phase program centered around every area of fitness: Nutrition, Posture, Flexibility, Balance, Endurance, Core, Strength, Speed, Agility, and Power. That’s Phase 10 — the essentials Intensified!
