Northeastern Eye Institute

I went in and the place seemed very nice inside, however I got my eyes checked and the people there were very rude! Also I went back to get my contacts and the Dr who did the exam got it wrong! I had to get re examined and new contacts ordered. My friend also went there and the same thing happened to him but with glasses ugh. He was also treated very rude! y

.Basically I am complaining about the rude receptionist and how they forgot my appointment while I sat there in the waiting room for an hour and a half. I went to the receptionist and told her I I wanted to reschedule. She seemed put out. It took her 5 minutes to go through her schedule and said she couldn’t fit me in until November! I then went to the administrator to complain and while she promptly got me in she lied to me and said I was not forgotten about it is just certain procedure require different times. I guess she thought I was an idiot. I overheard my doctor (Dr. Bolond) tell one of the rude minions I was the patient with the screwed up schedule. Needless to say I spent 4 hours in that damn place for a routine eye exam.
