I was introduced to Gertrude Hawk Chocolates while visiting Scranton. I’ve been a fan every since I took my first bite. The peanut butter smidgens and white chocolate truffle bars are delicious. The chocolate is creamy and the filling is smooth. I never can eat just one chocolate. I always bring GH chocolates back to Virginia. The chocolate selection is overwhelming at the Gertrude Hawk store. It’s hard to choose one chocolate. I wish Virginia had a GHC store close by. If you like chocolates, treat yourself.
