Business Owner
Cindy launched CondellaConsulting in 2014 after twenty years in the hospitality industry. She fell in love with the industry at the early age of sixteen while bussing tables for a popular fine dining restaurant in Northeastern Pennsylvania. While pursuing her hospitality degree at Marywood University, she later took on various roles in several well-known establishments ranging from cooking to waitressing & bartending. Shortly after obtaining her degree, she began managing restaurants and eventually landed in catering sales. She spent eight years coordinating weddings and other large events for a premier historic hotel. Cindy’s deep understating of the operational demands of the business proved to be helpful in recommending event logistics and menu selection for clients. Her years of effort and achievement inspired her to start her own company.
