We are a quarrier and producer of stone. We operate three production factories and quarries with more than 100 stone professionals to support your needs. We provide reliable quality and accurate stone fabrication for our worldwide clients. From tile flooring, pool coping and pavers to custom stone fireplaces, columns and more.

History

Established in 1989.

We have three factories and four quarries in Mexico, all owned by our parent Company, World Wide Stone Corporation. The first factory was purchased in 1988 and completely rebuilt by 1993. The Ancient plant, number two, went on line in 1994 and was expanded several times. Then our third plant was built to produce slabs and custom production.

Today we are 147 dedicated individuals who are taking the «state of the art «Italian machinery and making what is literally the finest quality marble limestone that has ever been produced. My dream was to produce dimensional stone as good as or better than my Italian mentors and I am proud to say we have accomplished this goal.

Business Owner

I am Frank Cunningham, a founder and CEO of Authentic Durango Stone™ and the Company that owns those rights, World Wide Stone Corporation. My career in Dimensional Stone began very modestly as a helper for two installation professionals in 1972. I continued to install for about 12 years as I transitioned out of labor and into retail and then wholesale sales of imported stone, including marble, travertine, slate and granite, from Italy.

Now it is 2012, many changes have occurred in our industry yet one thing remains the same, our dedication to fulfill our promise to deliver the finest value marble limestone in the marketplace. Authentic Durango Stone™ is always the top quality that modern technology and dedicated stone working professionals are able to create. Many wonderful stories have been omitted because I may never run out of them if I let go. Just know that when you buy the best, you will receive the best and a lot of love and dedication has brought it to you.
