Who’s Next Barber Shop is an upscale barber shop providing all of the services of a traditional barber shop — and more. Alex Pinhasov and the Who’s Next Staff provide an extraordinary grooming experience and offer a wide variety of services in a relaxed, guy-​friendly environment.

Each of Who’s Next’s five cutting stations feature a flat screen television and the shop also boasts a 50-​inch flat screen for clients to watch while waiting for their service. In addition, each precision haircut includes a shampoo at no additional cost.

History

Established in 2010.

Alex Pinhasov is the proprietor of Who’s Next Barber Shop in Scottsdale, Arizona. His love of the grooming profession and the interaction with his clients sets Who’s Next apart from other barber shops in the area.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Pinhasov moved to the Valley at twenty years old and has been cutting hair professionally for over eleven years. Prior to opening Who’s Next in November 2007, Alex spent six years as a barber in an upscale Phoenix barber shop. Pinhasov’s goal at Who’s Next is to provide those who live and work in the North Scottsdale area with a barber shop that is attractive to customers of all ages and incomes and provides a welcoming atmosphere that makes even the newest clients feel like old friends. He looks forward to opening additional Who’s Next Barber Shops in the future.

Walked in and was promised a haircut after two other guys in line. When they finished another person walked in and they claimed he had an appointment. The barber asked me to wait again, I left after waiting for more than an hour. The other barber they were passing me off to, cut my hair way too short and oddly shaped. So I left. Don’t think I will be back.

Abram the barber has been cutting my hair for a long time, about 4 years. He’s always done a phenomenal job and can relate to new styles and personal needs. I’ve been getting my hair cut from Abram the Barber for 4 years now. Abram is an excellent Barber, who understands what you look for in a great haircut. If your looking for a great haircut, hit up my man Abram, he’s the best Barber I’ve ever had. I started going to Who’s Next a few months ago for a hair cut and beard trim. Abram gives the best haircut I’ve ever had. The atmosphere in the shop is very friendly. I grew up in a small town where the barbers knew everyone in town. Who’s Next has the same feeling. You feel very welcomed and walk out with a great haircut. Having tried several barber shops around Scottsdale and Phoenix, this is, by far, the best shop around.

This is a great shop. Alex has created a wonderful experience… great cut, hot towels, shoulder massage, and razor shave to clean up your the back of your neck. Each station has it’s own TV so Alex’s clients can enjoy their favorite show, news or sports event. The place is great fun!

Absolutely the best barber shop I’ve been to in AZ. Alex the owner makes it a point to answer the phone greeting me by name each time with the same when I walk in the shop. He, Cody and Arthur make it an awesome experience every time. For the price, the service you get far exceeds any «salon» you would go to with some snoody stylist. Alex even offers me a beer or shot on occasion. They do a great job of making you feel like you’re a welcomed regular. I’ve observed they’re interactions with brand new walk in clients and they carry the same level of service. very impressed and that’s the reason I come back here every two weeks for a cut… By the way, Art does a perfect fade every single time. I’ve not had the opportunity to receive a cut from anyone at this point, but Art is the man, each and every time.

I brought my 12 and 15 year old boys in to see if we could get them good haircuts before school starts… we have always had terrible luck when we went to Super Cuts and other places like it. My boys are very picky about their cuts and they have very different styles as well.
So, they showed Chris pictures of what they wanted… He did them EXACTLY the way they wanted! One likes it short with a cool hard part and the other likes to leave it longer, but Chris also showed him how much better it would look a little shorter.
He really took the time to give them what they wanted, asked them questions, and made them feel like he was their barber… He definitely has 2 new clients!
The price was very reasonable and the customer care impecable! Fun, clean, place for adults and kids.

Everything said about these guys is true! I’m absolutely stoked that I took a visit and I’m not leaving here disappointed.
This is my first time in, as I’m visiting from Albuquerque. I didn’t have time to get my hair done before my trip, so I was looking to get it taken care of while I was out here.
Chris is awesome! He got me settled, asked what was up and took control. Patiently, he cut, trimmed and buzzed to perfection. I came away feeling like I’ll have to make a weekend trip just to get another cut!
It was worth it! This is one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while.

By far the best barbershop in all of Phoenix & Scottsdale, I tried 4 other places before getting here, everyone else was just sub par and one place even sliced me up pretty bad.
Don’t waste your time searching for a great barber, Alex and his crew are all top-​notch.
This place is also like going to your friends house, everyone is always welcoming and knows you by name, offers you a drink, perhaps a dirty joke or two.
No nonsense, parking always available, appointment always accommodating.
Can’t say enough good things about these guys, barbershop also just underwent some remodeling and looks better than ever.
Trust in the fact that if you need a sharp cut these are the guys for the job.

I used to go to this Barber shop in the past but quite some time ago the shop didn’t open accordingly to the time that was posted.
I started going to another barber shop near Paradise Valley which did pretty good haircuts. The owner of ‘Who’s Next’ had sent me a message trying to resolve the issue and offered a haircut on the house. These guys know how to cut hair so after work I decided to take him up on the offer.
Later, he explained what had happened the day that I came and the shop was not open. We’re all human and things do happen so it was all water under a bridge.
The amount of precision that was put into my hair definitely made me consider coming back to this shop. I always walk out feeling very sharp.
I live in Tempe so I’m pretty far from this shop but trust me, the drive is well worth it if you’re tired of your neighborhood barber outside of North Scottsdale.
