Dr. David Gilligan has owned and operated The Back Center and Associates, LLC in North Scottsdale, AZ since 2005. He has considerable knowledge and positive results with severe neck and low back pain, pinched nerves, sports injuries, and auto accidents. He has also become a leader in the field of health and wellness, spinal decompression therapy, and anti-​aging.

Furthermore, he is considered an expert of the neuro-​musculo-​skeletal system and a primary care spine physician. In other words, you can come and see him first, rather than your medical doctor (and without the need of any referral or prescription) for any neck, back, or body condition.

Specialties: Chiropractic manipulation for auto injuries, pain management, and sports injuries. Spinal decompression therapy for disk injuries and
