T&L found an extremely demanding, and for lack of a better term, crazy tenant and then ditched out on our contract after 2.5 months. T&L could not manage the tenant by themselves, and had it gone unchecked by me, T&L would have allowed the tenant to keep demanding cosmetic fixes to the house which already amassed nearly $ 700(I left out the cost of 1 legit repair, which I was happy with) in additional cost to me(after I had just paid a contractor $ 5500 to fix the place, and the house was still within the time frame for him to come back out and make any additional changes he missed, which I communicated w/T&L many times). My concern is that T&L’s «preferred contractors» were allowed to run rampant on additional repairs, charging me $ 10 to tighten 1 screw on a towel rack as an example. T&L did not manage this at all, they seemed like foxes watching the hen house with the additional repairs that were being made by their contractors. Would never do business with these people ever again and would dissuade any body else from using them too.
