Hi I’m Chase. I’m the manager of Synergy Vapor Labs Scottsdale. Thanks for visiting our yelp page. I kicked a 9-​year pack-​a-​day smoking habit using an Evod starter kit and my flavor of choice at the time was Smooth by Synergy Liquid for it’s all natural flavor and all-​day-​vapeability. If you’ve never been by the shop and you’re interested in kicking a tobacco habit, trying out the highest quality e-​liquid on the market, or looking for quality hardware, come by the shop and say hi and we can discuss the options we have to offer. The very best juice flavors. I have tried them all and they don’t even compare. Synberry tea is my everyday flavor. I don’t get tiered of it. It’s been about two years now… the only complaint I have is the hours. Open late, close early. Just not convenient for when I lose the stupid juice bottle. I have a box of emergency juices from the gas station for when I run out or lose them:(good customer service. dont care for the offensive décor but hey I can ignore it for my nicotine fix.

I stopped in for a new coil, but they didn’t carry my Ego1 in the store. Chase (maybe Chris? can’t remember his name) the manager was on duty, he invited me to hang out and try some flavors, and I did. Great looking store, they have some of the nicest flavors I’ve seen, albeit expensive. The friendliness of the manager and atmosphere in the store was better than most shops I’ve been too, nice work guys!

3 stars for friendly service and the awesome high quality stainless steel drip tip I got for only $ 8. I can’t give more stars though for two reasons. One, the price of juice is pretty high in my opinion. If I needed to get some locally because I forgot to order before running out, I’d go here and buy some (especially if they still stock Seduce Juice). Two, I am pretty sure I have purchased several counterfeit AW batteries from this shop. I am NOT saying that this is absolutely the case, nor do I believe they might be selling counterfeits intentionally (they’re ALL made in China and it can be difficult to know what’s genuine), but the charge would last maybe HALF as long as genuine AW batteries I bought from
which were over a year and a half old (and yes, I fully charged them before using). I have run into poor battery quality from every local shop I’ve been to, and will now only order online from a vendor that guarantees authenticity. They are just too expensive to keep buying when they crap out pretty much right away.

The shop is clean and has average vapor, the main problem I had with this particular shop was the customer service. When I asked for the employee to help me I got a rather sarcastic attitude followed by various snarky remarks… I’ve also had friends go in that are new to the vaping community and they told me that they were treated as if they should know more about the products. Overall I don’t think this shop is beginner friendly or just friendly in general.

Seriously the best «juice» flavors I have tasted. I have been to loads of vape shops and tried many different brands. Synergy is, hands down, the best.
As a bonus the store is super clean and the staff is always polite and helpful.
I came here on a whim when another shop I go to was closed during regular business hours. Their loss because Synergy is now my go to place.

First impression of this location is a clean, drama free environment. I commend there team for being more customer centric focused than before.
Need to stock up on juices? Need a new mod? Looks like synergy is not playing around at this location. To my surprise they were loaded up with mods and rda’s.
I would consider this a beginner all the way to advanced shop. From a basic ecig set up all the way to a fully blown mod that lets you blow crazy clouds.
The team at this location seams to have there stuff together and really puts the customer experience first.(something that not all shops do)
I will recommend this location to all my vape followers on YouTube, Twitter, and our vape blog community.

Being new to the vapor world having people that are knowledgeable and make the entire experience enjoyable is really important. Their liquid has exceed what I have tried in other shops.
My favorite flavors have to be syncafe, prime and wet melon.
This is a must stop when it comes to getting all my needs meet.

I was just looking for a shop to pick up a coil for my atomizer and stopped in here. The service was awesome. I even tried some of the juice they make right there in the store and it was really good. I highly recommend the Synergy Berry Tea. Its a best seller for a reason.

They had been open 2 weeks when we stopped in. The store is a little bare for now but they have a good selection of hardware and juice. They have a taste testing setup with each juice in a clearomizer and a disposable tip cover. We bought 6 — 10ml bottles of juice and we’re happy with the taste and how it vapes. Just a little pricey at $ 10.95 for a 10 ml bottle, I pay $ 9.95 per 12 ml bottle at my favorite vape shop. But the juice is good and they were friendly, helpful and took the time to show us what they had. They also said they have plans to sell larger bottles which should bring the price down. I’d rate them as my second favorite vape shop. Definitely worth a try.
Note to Synergy: The drip spout was completely missing off of one of my Synergy juice bottles. Not a major deal, just an inconvenience.
