I have changed CPAs since my last experience. I had to pay for work that was done, and then they never filed my 2014 return because it was too complicated or they needed more information from me. Partly my fault, but it was expensive and they could have been more on top of things so I did not have to pay a hefty fine to the IRS for late filing. Also, I did not like the fact that they outsource overseas for bookkeeping help (I believe to India). The first 3 or 4 years of working with them was OK but this year I had to make the change. This business doesn’t deserve one star! WORST SERVICE EVER! I could write a very lengthy review, but to keep it short I had them do my taxes previously and they not only didn’t want to answer any of my questions, but did not file my taxes !! They TOLD me that they had electronically filed my taxes (I even had to make a special trip to their office to sign forms to do so) but after 4 MONTHS of waiting for my return I find out they didn’t file them! To make an even longer story short they were EXTREMELY rude about it and I had a VERY difficult time getting them to submit them. I was about to get a hardcopy from them and send them in myself. They were also overpriced for what they did. Or I should say that it took them longer to prepare than what it should have, thus costing me more. This company BY FAR is the worst that I have ever dealt with!
