We handle all aspects of residential rentals including rent ready, inspections, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, HOA issues and payments, and tenant disputes/evictions. We follow Arizona Landlord and Tenant Act while still keeping our fiduciary to our owners. We have an online owner and tenant portal where tenants can pay their rent online.
Unlike other management companies, the broker is available 24 hours a day as all owners and tenants have her cell number.

Manager
I have worked in real estate since 1991, shopping apartments for large management company. I sold my first condo in 1995, and have been licensed since 2002. I started off in traditional sales and found that not only was good at sales, but I had a natural knack for rentals. I went into apartment locating, which lead me to Sureway where they needed help with vacancy issues and marketing. After a year and a half of proving myself, by increasing rents and deposits in a down market, and retaining long term tenants, I was made the broker. I still oversee all marketing, inspect homes and price all rents, deal with tenants on a daily basis. I am actively involved anytime an owner needs me to be and when I should be for a tenant.
