Our nurturing setting and gender-separate programming and residences provide clients a safe space to heal, free from distractions, where they can address underlying issues among a group of peers.
Our clinical team specializes in the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and related emotional issues. We draw upon a variety of treatment approaches including behavioristic, psychoanalytic, humanistic and transpersonal therapies as well as complementary alternative methodologies. Eastern medicine, yoga, the 12 Steps, and the teachings of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz are also key components of addiction treatment program.
History
Established in 2004.
The Sundance Center was founded on the belief that addiction and mental health treatment is most effective when clients are part of a warm, supportive, gender-separate community, where they can focus on recovery, free from distractions. We strive to make clients comfortable from the moment they enter our welcoming adobe-style homes. With two staff members for every client, we provide an unparalleled level of one-on-one attention and customized care.
