Specialties
At Studio KZ, we focus our energy on designing and creating the perfect place for you to live, eat, work, or relax. We can design your new home, restaurant, office, hotel, spa or any other space you need to enjoy life.
We seek to become your personal agent for the invention of a wholly wonderful and pleasing environment. As registered architects, we listen to your desires and offer real-world and practicable solutions. But we don’t stop there! We can also act as your construction consultants: your liaison into the world of building to translate the jargon of the trades, identify the ramifications of a solution, and offer insider advice so that you get the most value for your dollar.
We’ve designed and built a wide variety of projects ranging from exquisite luxury custom homes, commercial centers, medical facilities, airports and parks, and lovely resorts.

History
Established in 2010.
Studio KZ hit the Phoenix and Scottsdale scene in 2010 to answer the need for true client advocacy when remodeling or building anew. After 15 years in the architecture and design-build businesses, we’ve seen too much corner-cutting and disregard for the client’s concerns in favor of impractical designs.
We want to do something different.
As an architecture and interior design firm we want to make certain our efforts for excellent design and construction are specifically utilized to answer your commercial or residential need. We work to avoid wasteful spending, poor design, and shoddy workmanship. As such, we can work in –or out of– any style. We are familiar with a vast array of construction systems and continually researching the latest developments, and we will make the recommendations to maximize your money. We have developed local industry contacts for referrals of sincere, skilled, and reliable craftsmen.
