Private Pilates Sessions

Private Pilates sessions are a great way to get that one-​on-​one attention you desire. Whether you are recovering from an injury, have specialized needs for your lifestyle, or want to focus on what your particular body requires, private sessions with give you the ability to fine-​tune your Pilates practice for your specific needs. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend that you start with private sessions to help you become more knowledgable about proper form and develop a program that is best suited for you.​

Duet Sessions

Duet Pilates sessions are a great way to get personalized attention with a partner. Grab a friend or significant other and enjoy a fun and challenging workout. If you would like, we are happy to pair you with another student that fits your fitness level and schedule. Duet sessions are perfect for those who need a little extra motivation or accountability.​

Small Group Sessions

Our small group sessions will challenge every part of your body resulting in strong and flat abs, long and lean thighs, a lifted seat, and sculpted arms. And it’s so much fun, you won’t even realize how hard you’re working! Small group Pilates sessions can accommodate up to four people in the studio. Participants will take turns completing Pilates exercises in a circuit-​style session. Grab a group of friends and get fit, or we would be happy to​pair you up with a group that fits your fitness level and schedule.

History

Established in 2014.

Allongé is a French word and ballet term​that literally translates to​“elongate, lengthen or stretch”.

​Studio Allongé is a private, boutique Pilates studio offering tailored one-​on-​one, duet and small group Reformer Pilates classes in an upscale and modern​location at the Optima Sonoran Village. We proudly use Pilates equipment by Balanced Body. Sessions​are held in a supportive, energetic and beautiful setting with a focus on individualized instruction allowing you to reach​your personal goals.
