Let me start off with saying the front of the office staff is amazing I really loved them and felt welcome! When we saw the dr I felt like he rushed us out so I wasn’t so happy with that. As far as Jessica in the back where you order your glasses… She ruins the entire experience for me! She is slow, forgetful, and never calls you back. I made the mistake of paying extra for a warranty on my sons glasses but am not able to take full advantage of it because Jessica isn’t doing her job on her end.

My daughter wanted to start wearing contacts a year ago. I figured using Star Pupil would be the best option being it is located in the drs office. Our experience with Star Pupil has been a nightmare. I can’t tell you how many times the girl tells me the contacts got lost in the shipping process. We are going on our third pair of trail contacts and it’s been a year since we started. They never call me back, nor do they call when the contacts are in. I am so disappointed and will never order anything from this place business again. How many times can you tell the same customer your daughters contacts were lost and I have to reorder???

We were told that my daughter’s glasses would take 1 – 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I left multiple phone messages before hearing back that our order was shredded by mistake and the glasses were never ordered. Not impressed.
