Fabulous job! The groomers were all very nice and my dog seems to agree. Very reasonably priced as well. Will be coming back!

I have been going to this place for almost 3 years. Until yesterday I always thought they were the best around. I always drove the extra 20 minutes to get there because I felt it was worth it. Took my two Maltese dogs there and have gotten the same shear haircut every single time. They always clean them up so professionally I have always been impressed. I picked them up yesterday and they looked shaggy and hardly cut at all. The girl asked me if i wanted the same cut as on the file and I said yes. After i got them home, I realized they weren’t hardly groomed, They rear ends were not clipped at all they were still fuzzy and nothing like i normally get from this place. I was really disappointed. I spent 45,00 a dog plus a 10.00 tip And they look like they were just shampooed. I can still see scissor marks that I cut around there eyes. I was really upset, I love this place. Now this? I called today and explained my disappointment to the groomer, and she was rude and uncaring. She said that she did what the file said, and that yes they hardly had any fur come off. I said usually they are sheared with little fur where you can almost see there skin, I said there fur is still almost 1.5 long? Also they didn’t have there glands done, And she says and I quote, you have to speak up and say something. FUNNY I never had to speak up before, they always provide the same service every single time for the last three years. She could care less, It was apparent. I am so bummed out, I cant stand that she could care less. I have asked friends and family on Facebook and have some quality recommendations for another groomer. I am hoping the owner Terrry will contact me, since I would like to tell him the reason I wont be returning to his place after three years of loyalty.
The groomer I dealt with was young, rude with pink hair. #horrible

After trying 3 other groomers in the area, I made an appointment for my dog here based off of the positive reviews. I called to set up the appointment and asked for an «express appointment» as explained on their website.
«Appointments last on average 2 – 3 hours. Although our 7:30 am & 8 am appointments are express (1 – 2 hours groom time) service by request only at time of reservation.»
The girl on the phone had no idea what I was talking about, but nonetheless, I made an 8 am appointment & was told my dog would be done at 10. I dropped off my dog this morning for his appointment & returned at 10:20 & he had only been bathed. They had no idea it was supposed to be an express appointment. The groomer said the other groomer was supposed to groom him but she was late. Meanwhile, the groomer that was there said she was «doing nothing» all morning and would have groomed my dog if she had known. ??? I took my dog & left because I didn’t have any more time to wait around. Terrible service.

Best pet groomer in town, hands down!!! After a horrific experience of taking my yorkie to Petsmart (which was not only over-​priced for what they had done, but he also looked like he had gotten in a fight with a weed whacker, with one ear clipped, one not, and his coat cut uneven), a good friend of mine recommended Scottsdale pet resort. I couldn’t be happier!!!
At first I was a wee bit weary of leaving him there for 2 hours (although it was definitely a LOT better than leaving him at Petsmart for almost 5 hours — for what, I have no idea!). The girls were grooming another dog when I dropped my little munchkin off, and I could see that they were extremely gentle and cautious with the dogs, which put my mind a little more at ease.
I described what I wanted and then left my yorkie in the hands of the experts at Scottsdale Pet Resort, not knowing what he’d look like when I returned, and hoping that I wouldn’t be disappointed when I picked him up.
When I picked him up, he couldn’t be happier to see me – and neither could I. He was as adorable as ever! The girls there groomed him perfectly, his coat was trimmed right, his ears, his nails, they brushed his teeth, and groomed him from head to tail absolutely perfectly! Not to mention they made him look extra cute by tying a little bandana around his neck; he looked just like he did on the day I got him. I was and am so extremely pleased with the job well done that I will tell anyone and everyone to take their dogs here for grooming.

This business use to be Desert Knight Grooming and has been taken over by new ownership. They have come through and have given the facility a makeover and added boarding facilities. They also cater to both dogs and cats now. Great staff and very clean facility.

They trim my two Italian Greyhounds nails like no other place. They are very sweet and attentive and even though I moved, I will still drive 30 min to get there rather than go to Petsmart. These ladies are wonderful with the dogs!
