Scottsdale Cab Guy

We were very disappointed that after arranging a pick up in advance that the Scottsdale Cab Guy did not show up until 15 minutes after we called them half an hour after the scheduled pickup time.
I would like to reiterate that not only did we schedule a week in advance, but we also confirmed the reservation the day before and were assured that all was in order and the driver would be at the pickup point at 12:00 noon.
Our company was holding a training workshop and we had arranged a Pizza party for the last day. Since the great local pizza joint we wanted to use didn’t deliver we had arranged for Scottsdale Cab Guy to pick up and deliver the Pizza for us. Due to the cab company forgetting to show, once they finally did pick it up our Pizza was lukewarm at best. Timing was important to us, but apparently being on time, or even showing up at all, is not important to Scottsdale Cab Guy.

Because discount cab is so unreliable, I called scottsdale can guy the day before. I needed a cab to catch a flight. They are worse. They No SHOWED. I called over and over never got thru till u was already at another city. I will never use them again I ended up driving and paying a lot to park my car. Then I couldn’t stop calling them to complain so the next day they finally answered with a lame excuse. They said their computer system broke. I wll never use this service ever. I almost missed my flight. Don’t use them ever unless you have a car as a back up.

Since my car is a pile of #$*(#$, I take cabs to run my various errands. Since first discovering Simon and his cab guys, I have no desire ever to drive again. Every time I get in their cabs, I know that I will have a great experience.
One of the nicest things about this company are the drivers. The team are ALL personable, reliable and downright hilarious. I always leave the cab with a smile. Rob, Terrance, and Tom (the owner) are all fantastic.
Another great thing about them is that I can text the time I need and they will be there. They are very reliable and dedicated to their customer’s needs.

Stating the facts alone on this one shall suffice. Booked a ride online 30 minutes ahead if time but got no confirmation so I called to verify and he didn’t even know I had placed it. He said he’d have someone out in 15 min. I said never mind usually they are here within 5, to which he replied okay I’ll get someone there within 5 min. Of course no one was, so I called to follow up and he said he didn’t know what the deal was so he’d be there in 2 min (I heard the GPS in the background for my address talking). He calls me back to get directions and I tell him I’m sitting outside and I see him blast by me. I also HEAR the rattling car. I wait as he makes his way back. NOW… for the drive to the airport… a few times I thought the breaks would go out or we would break down. He sped around turns and I almost spilled my coffee a couple times. Nope. No. Nah. Not again thanks. Stressful way to start an already stressful business trip.
