Meet the Business Owner

Eric S.

Business Owner

Eric is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, he joined the management training program at the national headquarters of Nissan Motor Corporation, where he was responsible for marketing and advertising in the sedan division.

He then took his marketing and advertising expertise to Auto​by​tel​.com, an online car buying service. Eric was responsible for all marketing communications, including development and placement of print and television advertising. Auto​by​tel​.com was the first «dot com» to advertise on the Superbowl, leading an industry-​wide trend. Autobytel went public and is one of the few «dot coms» to survive the industry bust.

His success at Auto​by​tel​.com led him to become the director of corporate marketing at Macromedia, now known as Adobe, where he oversaw brand strategy and communications. Having found success in the corporate world, Eric elected to join Schaefer & Associates, L
