I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. I graduated from High School in 1989 then studied at American Business College and graduated in 1992 by 1996 I was processing home loans and doing transaction coordination for real estate transactions. I passed my California Real Estate exam in 2000 and began selling houses and doing home loans. In 2003 I passed my exam for a California Brokers License and in 2004 I opened a real estate franchise and had 20 agents working for me, we also brokered home loans. In 2007 I sold the real estate franchise and opened a mortgage brokerage which was very successful by 2011 I was also buying, remodeling and selling homes in San Diego. August 2014 I relocated to Gold Canyon, AZ. and passed my Arizona Mortgage Loan Officer exam. I’m very excited about 2015 to be partnered with Guaranteed Rate the 8^th largest mortgage brokerage in the U.S. with the experience and talents I have mixed with the lending power and access to the best loan programs and rates.
