Specialties
Rhythm & Wine’s brand of American bistro food takes an upscale approach to beloved comfort foods. Small plates of french onion soup dumplings or cheese plates precede meals of wine-poached halibut or flat iron steak marinated in chimichurri. The house-made desserts, including sticky s’mores and old-school, creamy Tiramisu, are not to be missed. Making good on the promise of its name, the restaurant pours a wide-ranging library of wines hailing from across the globe and on display in a vast glass-front fridge that runs the length of one of the walls. They’re arranged in intensity from sweet sparkling wines to full-intensity reds and ports and include Italian pinot grigio, Argentinian malbec, and pinot noir from Oregon. An outdoor patio stays shaded during the day and acquires an enchanting aura by night with suspended strings of purple lights and tree branches hosting cabaret-dancing fireflies.
History
Established in 2009.
Quaint little dining room with amazing patio and terrific food, since 2009. From the owners of nearby hot spot Jalapeño Inferno Bistro Mexicano comes this rock and roll themed wine bar with chef driven food and an international wine program.
Meet the Business Owner
Terry C.
Business Owner
Former chef, resort, hotel, country club Food and Beverage executive, Terry decided to throw caution to the wind and open a funky rock and roll themed wine bistro. Down the street from his and his wife Laura’s’ locally famous Mexican food restaurant, Rhythm and Wine was created. Chef driven comfort food, and ever changing wine list and occasional music on the patio creates a true neighborhood favorite. Theme nights, Wine Dinners and Happy Hour are huge hits!
