Lorel S.

Business Owner

Lorel has been a competitive Track & Field, 5K, Triathlon, Bodybuilding and mixed martial arts athlete throughout her life. Growing up in Flagstaff AZ, she’s always had a strong interest in health, wellness, pain management and natural/​alternative forms of healing. After years of research, education, exploration and hands-​on work, Lorel started Revitalize Bodywork to share this knowledge and experience with everyone and anyone; from athletes, to trauma survivors, to injured or ill people, to those with chronic pain or anxiety, to those who can not typically access or afford this kind of care.

Additionally, Lorel is a local and national domestic violence, workplace violence and sexual assault speaker as a keynote address or workshop facilitator. Through this advocacy work Lorel has been featured on ABC World News Tonight, in Redbook Magazine, Fortune Magazine and received Governor Napolitano’s 2004 Triumph Over Tragedy award.

Several years ago I met Lorel through volunteer work that we did for the same organization in Phoenix. Fast forward to a head-​on car accident in 2006 that left me with constant neck and back pain. Since engaging Lorel as a massage therapist and recently undertaking fitness training with her, my back feels much better. Lorel really understands the needs of her clients and pushes — but just to the limit that individual can do. I lover her approach to overall health and fitness. She is amazingly positive.
