This simple CRM system has proven to increase gross revenues through effective lead, sales and marketing tracking.
History
Established in 2008.
We were and still are small business America. We were spending a lot of money on marketing and handing our leads to our salespeople. We needed to know the effectiveness of our sales and marketing and how they related to each other. In the 80s we tracked it all with paper and pencil, then went to Excel sheets. Then we developed the process on an Access platform for our own company. After getting numerous requests for copies of the program, we decided to re-write the program and offer it on the cloud on a subscription basis. Tracking will increase revenues, and the success of our subscribers has already validated that.

There are actually 2 brothers, a sister, and a nephew involved in By The Numbers, but Warren was the one who had taken the Excel sheets originally and had them put to an Access platform. He owns a roofing and remodeling company and searched and searched for another program that would do all this analysis right out of the box, but there was nothing. There were all kinds of «shells» or programs that could be programmed, but nothing ready. Warren has also been the host of a weekly radio program in the Phoenix Valley for the past 10+ years and gives homeowners help and tips on home improvements.
