Prestige Cleaners

I was using Prestige a while back and the reason was that it was on my way home from work. It was just easy for me. However, I’ve had many problems with this cleaner. They always seemed to ruin the majority of my clothing and not stand behind it. My shirts always shrunk after I picked them up from this cleaner. I was not happy about it at all. Finally, I found a new cleaner and I am very pleased with them.

Excellent service! Quick turn aroud. I actually am bringing more things to them because they offer same day and next day turn around as there regular service. I like that drive through. Always friendly people.

I took a pair of pants with a grease stain. They removed the grease stain; however, there were two (2) pin holes on the inside of the right leg. The Customer Service girl would NOT do anything to resolve the issue. Her manager stated that I had used bleach which had caused the two pin holes. There were NO pin holes before the pants were brought in. I purposely drove out of the way, paid a premium price even with a coupon, and ended up with a clean pair of pants with two pin holes. I will NOT go back to this dry cleaners again

I really love the drive up service. I have been coming here for about 6 month and have not had a problem. I will keep using them. :)

I just picked up 15 pieces of dry cleaning. It totaled $ 125. It would have been $ 140 without a coupon.
This is just ridiculous. I don’t care what kind of service you claim to have, there is no reason for this.
I will not be back.

I’ve been coming to Prestige for years. Always outstanding service from employees who seem to love their job. Kudo’s to Prestige management for taking care of their employees. it shows in their level of service to their customers.

Never had any problems, left something in my pocket it was returned. Same day service is great!

I’ve been using Prestige at Scottsdale and Thunderbird for over 10 years and they do excellent work. In over a decade of cleaning my clothes there have been a few issues, but that’s a lot of clothes and the service makes up for those little things…
Like the time they closed early for a Christmas party and wouldn’t open the door to give me my clothes. They just stared at me and mouthed «we’re closed — read the sign.» They had my credit card on file and didn’t need to open a register. Just open the door and hand me my clothes. (This is why the 4 Stars.) I was livid and contacted the owner. Who called me back and made it right.
So I gave Prestige a second chance and they have done a wonderful job since. I use the VIP service which let’s me drive through and just drop a bag provided by Prestige. The bag outlines my instructions on starch and stuff like that. At the end of the day they stick my dry cleaning in a protected locker and I can retrieve the clothes any time of the night.
Same day service is awesome. People always seem nice. Not the cheapest in town but I like going to the same place rather than shopping for cheap deals and having to give my contact information and a coupon over and over.
They have a pick up and delivery service too but I’ve never used it.

I frequented Prestige cleaners because it was in close proximity to where I lived at the time. It was conveninent and I was new to the ‘dry-​cleaning drive-​thru’ concept… what a great idea!
What I was not accustomed to… was a dry cleaners losing my clothes… TWICE! The thought of someone else in Scottsdale walking around in my clothes was disturbing!
First they lost a cashmere sweater (that I only wore once!!) and then a pair of pants that was part of a suit! After numerous whining episodes they reimbursed me for what they deemed was the cost. Apart from that somehow whatever the process they use — they were notorious for cracking all of the shell buttons on my shirts… so needless to say all of my Prada shirts have chipped buttons YAY — at least they have good taste!
