History

Established in 2009.

Keith Pickering, the President of Precision Home Development, began his construction career with Classic Stellar Homes where he was a construction manager from 1999 to 2008 in the luxury market in Scottsdale and Phoenix. The construction boom in Phoenix was occurring at this time, and sometimes Keith was managing as many as ten new home construction projects at once. The homes that he built ranged in size from 2,800 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft. This experience gave Keith the tool to build a strong team of subcontractors through respect and reliability. Keith began his own business and started Precision Home Development in the spring of 2009. Currently, Keith works closely with many of the exclusive design firms in Scottsdale, and he is also innovative in streamlining remodel projects for his clients. He has built homes and done remodels in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, and other areas in the East Valley.

Keith J. Pickering a general contractor, is the owner of Precision Home Development, L.L.C. Keith believes that his key to success is in the relationships he builds with his clients. Keith has strong communication skills and develops trust and confidence with his clients the architects, designers and subcontractors in the course of each project. Keith was born in Seattle, Washington grew up in Alaska, then later attended Kent State University in Ohio which gave him a foundation that grew into a passion to build homes. Keith has lived in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area since 1999 and considers this his home now.
