I practice primarily in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate, business and charity law, and contracts.

As an estate planning attorney, I provide comprehensive estate planning for individuals and families, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other areas of estate planning. I also assist with trust funding by preparing deeds and helping clients their business interests into trust.

As an Arizona probate lawyer, I prepare probate avoidance affidavits and handle uncontested informal probate matters.

As a business attorney, I counsel clients about forming and operating nonprofit corporations, for profit corporations, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships. I also handle the operational legal needs each type of entity, and also frequently help entities with their business succession planning.
