Welcome to Pink Pineapple Cakery where I create custom sculpted cakes, cake pops, cookies, and cupcakes with the freshest ingredients and prettiest details. Pink Pineapple Cakery is a home-​based company located in Scottsdale, Arizona, just around the block from Phoenix. All of the yummies are baked to order, giving tremendous attention to color and design. The yummies taste as good as they look – mouth watering creations that can be part of parties and events of all kinds: Birthday parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16 Parties, Quinceaneras, Weddings, Bridal and Baby Showers, Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties and Retirement Parties as well.

All I have to say is WOW! I called the day of our 5yr old’s birthday and explained our family emergency and late planning/​in a rush for a cake. Nancy was so great and accommodating.
We were blown away by what she was able to do. To top it all, the cake was delicious and we had several people ask us for the bakery information.
So grateful for really amazing people who go above and beyond for those in need.

I had an urgent need to have a special Christmas gift delivered to family in the Scottsdale area — with only one day to get it together. I sent a late night e-​mail to Pink Pineapple and received an actual call from Nancy the next morning. Despite it being Christmas Eve day, she found out what I wanted and made it all happen with a delivery that evening! Outstanding service, excellent product, and the family loved the dessert! I was very impressed and plan to use them again.

Working with Nancy was truly perfect. I was coming from out of town for a party and asked Pink Pineapple to make the cake. I gave them a vague idea of what I wanted. The cake/​frosting color and flavor was specifically requested by the birthday girl. The cake was unbelievably beautiful and delicious. It far exceeded my expectations. The best bakery hands down! Shayna is very talented. We have her make us one of her amazing creations for our special celebrations. They cakes are too pretty to cut into. I ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday this week from Pink Pineapple. Shayna was so wonderful to deal with, and made it super easy to choose and deliver a cake from afar (I live in Northern Ca). She coordinated with my sister to get the cake delivered to her home in Scottsdale, and to keep it a surprise. My sister’s response was .Wow! …she said the cake was both beautiful and delicious!

The cake was simply awesome. They made a butterscotch custom cake for my husbands surprise party and they did an amazing job. Cake was fresh, soft and tasted great. They even delivered the cake to my place. I would order cakes from them all the time and recommend this place to everyone.

Shayna created a wonderful cake for my fiancée’s thirtieth birthday on extremely short notice. She was in constant contact with us to make sure everything went correctly. We really weren’t sure where we would be as far as delivery goes. We decided to pick up and were greeted at the door by Nancy and Clem. Couldn’t have met a nicer couple than the two. It was just a bonus that the cake was gorgeous with custom gold glitter numbers and delicious as well!

Today, Christmas Eve, 2014, I was desperately calling store after store to send some cookies to my brother who was admitted to the hospital this morning. I finally reached this store that was open. I spoke with Nancy who was very user friendly! She was very sweet and inquired about my brother more than once. She was very interested about his job and his family. I was so pleased with her wanting to know details and it seemed like I was talking to a real friend! She said she would put together a real nice box of goodies and deliver it today! That is real customer service over the top! I recommend this Cakerie to anyone who wants to send a personal and special gift to a loved one!

I ordered my cake for a surprise party and only had a week to get it done. Other vendors I spoke to were rude and could not help me get my photos on the cake. Shayna was so sweet and helped me with everything, even delivering to the party venue! She let us use a cake stand and displayed the cake so nicely. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, oh and it was delicious! I will definitely be a return customer.

Pink Pineapple deserves much praise for bringing something important and all-​too-​often missed to the party table – personality. Shayna and Nancy are excellent at getting to what makes an event unique to the people celebrating it, and they bring it to the delicious goodies they create.
Shayna and Nancy hand crafted tons of delicious goodies for my bachelorette party, making it a huge success! When I saw the spread they had lovingly prepared, it brought an instant smile to my face. They had captured something unique about my event in the decorations and cookies/​candies/​cupcakes they had prepared.

I received a special package from the Pink Pineapple Cakery which was delivered all the way to New York! Everything was PERFECT, from the packaging down to the product itself!
