Pima Pool

We have had these guys doing our pool service for about a year now and we are so disappointed in there service it’s horrible. In one year we have had 6 different pool service people. It’s uncalled for to have a new pool service person every two months. They never showed up on the day they were supposed to and come December they showed up the first week and never showed up the rest of the month. At the end of the month we got a bill billing us for the full amount for service for the entire month when they only showed up once. We canceled their service and told them that we were not going to pay for the weeks they were not there so they filed a court complaint against us and forced us to pay. I don’t think we should have to pay for the weeks that they didn’t show up. When we contacted the man in charge of the services he was extremely rude and would not let us say anything. When we called every time we tried to say something he cut us off and said that we were wrong. This is a horrible business and I don’t recommend them to anyone ever.

Couldn’t be more displeased with Jack. My wife and I were skeptical in the beginning as he presents himself extremely unprofessionally. However, he made it seem as if he was knowledgeable. We dont know a thing about pools and just wanted to get the system up and running. The $ 400 bid went to $ 950 without an approval before he completed the work that was apparently needed. This was in addition to the other problems we had on our system that he pointed out after he did his work. Fast forward a heated argument and a disagreement later, we have never worked with anyone more unprofessional and really just shady. The agreement was $ 400 and he presented a bill for $ 1350. Not sure who would accept that.

Jack is a thief and not at all knowledgeable in regards to pools. I had the displeasure of doing work for him and not only is he not paying me for work completed, he’s also trying to charge me back for things I’ve done in the past. I work with a lot of pool services, and I can’t strongly recommend enough that you stay away from this sub quality pool service.

Really just a cranky old man! and don’t tick him off or he’ll do bad things to your property. he really messed up a friends home… should have sued him. yes, he’s good at ripping people off… told me it was going to cost $ 200 to fix, a neighbor went to Home Depot and bought a toilet filler for 12 bucks… end of problem… this guy is lame… he’s been fired more times just because of his attitude, he use to do a lot of pools in this neighborhood, but last Christmas at a party, we all compared notes and he’s no longer working in this neighborhood… just plain nasty!!!

I almost got ripped of by this guy. He quoted me $ 625 for work that did not need to be done. He claimed it needed to be drained, flushed, algae killed with chlorine scrub, and a new backwash valve. The next guy I called serviced the pool for $ 45, and it looked perfect. I knew there was no algae in my pool. And I question whether this man was trying to scam me.

Jack, owner of Pima Pools is a super guy to deal with. He tells it to you straight, is timely and thorough. I’d trust my pool and hot-​tub to Pima Pools. Thanks Jack.
