This is a terrible gas station/convenience store/post office and I am contacting the postal service as well as Scottsdale Police. I just stopped in to mail a letter and was accosted by two male beggars who insisted that they had a right to be at the front door bothering people. I didn’t go in to report it because it was not a comfortable situation. the place itself is ill kept. I talk to lots of visitors from all over the country and when they ask about a post office(yes, some people do actually mail things) I send them down the street, a little farther, but much safer. I can’t believe that a good place can’t be built at that prime real estate corner.

So not only are the gas prices high at this gas station but the pumps need repairs. The PIN pads were broken in two pumps and the nozzle was out of service on another. Not what I expect from a Shell gas station in Scottsdale.

My Experience was terrible and if the option of not leaving a negative star was possible then that’s exactly what my rate would be… –5!!! My fiancé and I had the worst experience with the Indian man who calls himself Acy. I am freshly out of surgery I literally have a patch over one eye so I am basically blind. Unfortunately my car overheated in front of the Pebble Stone and I asked Acy for a cup of water and he handed me a Dixie sized free Styrofoam cup. Obviously this was not enough water to fill my empty coolant tank so I kept on coming back for more and he told me he was keeping track and after the fourth cup he complained so I asked him for a larger cup and he refused to give it to me. He refused to provide me with any more water which by the way is illegal in the state of Arizona!!! Then he had the audacity to tell me word per word” it not my problem, man.” In the end I ended up buying a jug of water after-the-fact that I watched him accept a tip from a customer which he is not supposed to do. When I came back inside I asked for his corporate number and at first he refused to even give me his name and then he pointed to a sign that was supposed to be the corporate number but it ended up belonging to a random truck company. I plan on following up with their manager AJ and letting him know about how this cruel employee treated a vulnerable woman fresh out of surgery with car troubles.

This is a five star gas station for sure! Better wine selection than walgreens, and cheaper. Cold as well! Ready to open after a long work day;)… They also have a POSTOFFICE!!! I can not tell you how happy this makes me. It’s full service! So far there is nothing that they couldn’t do the same as a regular post office, and the lady that is always working is sweet and really helpful! This is a hidden gem for sure… I love their selection, love their prices… Love being able to get my mail done while getting gas… What more could you ask for???

This gas station definitely needs some love. First of all, I am so happy it’s now a Shell! Secondly, there is a US Post Office shop inside the store and third, it’s quick, efficient and always feels safe. What more can I say?

So this is basically a standard gas station and mini mart with one notable exception… It also includes a full service post office where you can buy stamps, send letters, ship packages, etc. and all without having to wait in line at a regular post office and deal with the bad attitudes of US Postal Service workers. If you need to ship packages, this is the place to go and for that reason alone, this place gets my recommendation.
