Paul Slaybaugh, Realty Executives

My wife and I have bought or sold a total of three properties with Paul Slaybaugh and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience with him.
Paul has all of the «must haves» you think of when selecting a realtor: lots of experience, excellent knowledge of all areas around Scottsdale and Phoenix, experience with all transaction types, and a strong focus on the value and investment side of a transaction. Plenty of times Paul told us that a home we liked was simply not a good value.
But the real reason I recommend Paul are some of the ways he’ll go above and beyond:
1) Patience (if it takes six months or longer, you’ll never feel pressured or rushed– thanks Paul for your patience with us!)
2) Responsiveness — the most recent home we purchased had a ton of traffic checking it out the day it went up for sale. We called Paul and he was there in 45 minutes. Offer was accepted 48 hours later.
3) Paul’s Network: when you deal with good people, you find that all of the folks in their network are also excellent. His mortgage resources, his inspection people, Air Conditioning inspection, are all excellent
and mostly importantly…
4) Support after the sale. Once you’ve purchased your home — Paul doesn’t disappear. Paul actually showed up to meet with some of my potential remodelers for the home we just purchased to help vet them during that process.
For all of these reasons, I wanted to take the time to say, «Thanks, Paul.»
