Attorneys Robert A. Parsons and Michael W. Goltry both have undergraduate degrees in the hard sciences and joined forces in 1995 to work as a collaborative team focused only on the unique legal specialty, intellectual property law. Since the early years, they have overseen the issuance of more than 1,000 patents for their clients, and continue to secure and administer a substantial number of patents, trademarks, service marks and copyrights for their clients and their creations.

Michael G.

Business Owner

Michael W. Goltry holds a chemistry degree from the College of Idaho and a law degree from Brigham Young University. After graduating law school, Michael moved to Washington, D. C, where he was a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Frank Q. Nebeker of the United States Court of Veteran’s Appeals. Michael is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 1995. He has prepared and prosecuted trademark applications, and patent applications relating to a wide variety of technological fields including the farming, communications, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, computer, computer software, and semiconductor fields. Michael is the managing partner of our firm, an active member of the state bar of Arizona, is an affiliate member of the state bar of Idaho, and is an avid fly-​fisherman.
