Nextiva

An inquiry turned into constant sales calls starting before 7am. For that reason alone, I will NOT deal with this company.

We are a local company and have seen the generosity of Nextiva to the community. We were recently involved in an event where Nextiva donated an iPad to raise awareness for an orphanage outreach. Extremely responsive customer service and certain features like high definition voice for company wide calls make a difference. I am not sure after reviewing all the features of Next OS why anybody would want to own and operate PBX equipment. There is no way you will ever keep up with the Jones’s.
If you are a work at home person then you will especially appreciate the ability to seamlessly work as if you are in the office. You are just a four digit extension or a video call away. I also personally appreciate the E fax features.

I’ve used different VoIP communication services in the past but Nextiva’s connections have been the most reliable. I should also note that their staff is really friendly!

You really can’t get a much better atmosphere than this one! If you want a company that treats their employees and customers right than you should take a look a what they are doing here! I have been involved in several projects with Nextiva phone service and I am impressed at every turn at the innovation and creativity of this company! Nextiva continues to add new and unique features like Analytics and Acoustic fence which are a few of my favorites!

My firm recently started using Nextiva and we’re extremely pleased with the VOiP service. There are no call lags, echoes, or disconnects. The customer service is nothing less than spectacular too. I would recommend Nextiva to any small business without any reservations.

Nextiva is a great Voice over IP service. There is no lag in the calls and the sound quality is much higher than that of a traditional landline or mobile device, something that other VOiP’s can’t claim. It wouldn’t surprise me to see this service supersede historic methods of communication.

Having a reliable phone system for my business is extremely important. I have used three different VoIP companies in the past and did not have good experiences. One company kept increasing my charges each month, after the first three months. My call quality with another provider was so bad, that my customers kept telling me that it sounded like I was «under water.» As you can imagine, I was hesitant to switch to Nextiva. My fear was that history would repeat itself.
I can happily say that I was wrong. The setup process went smoother than I anticipated, having gone through this a few times before. Everyone I talked to in the Customer Support Department was very helpful. Also, Nextiva has not changed or increased my fees and charges since I started service roughly 5 months ago. The call quality has been great and reliable. A company that employs people who do what they say they’re going to do… imagine that. I’m a pleased customer that definitely recommends their products and services.

I recently switched to Nextiva for my small business and the customer agents were friendly, not to mention, very helpful. I’ve found that there VolP service is much easier to use than a traditional landline. So far, I haven’t experienced any echoes, dropped calls, or outages so giving Nextiva a 5-​star review is something that this company has truly earned!

My husband and I own a business and needed a new phone system a few months back. We were finally fed up with poor call quality and the fluctuations in our monthly bill. Neither of us are that great with technology, so the thought of switching to VoIP was a little scary. Who likes change anyway, right? I was worried about the transition and learning curve. Also, having any downtime was my biggest concern.
I did my research and there were lots of choices. The pricing was similar and so were all the features. I just decided to select the provider based on our overall experience while we were gathering information. We chose Nextiva and it was definitely the right decision.
From my first phone call, our Account Executive explained everything in a way that made sense to me. He helped us figure out exactly what we needed and customized a proposal. After the sale, I was just as impressed with everyone I talked to and worked with during the setup process. They really do have awesome customer service.

Good thing my boss is patient. I would have dropped them the first ten times something went wrong. But we gave them almost two months to try to improve and all we did was lose customers because our phones did not work. We had every problem you could name. Missed calls dropped calls. Entire days where the system was down. We finally got rid of them what a waste of money and time

I use Nextiva everyday in my office and when I’m outside running around. The cellphone app has changed my life. It’s been SO useful, I no longer need to give out my cell number for work calls (lifesaver!). Plus, Nextiva costumer service has been so helpful with my transition in services. The Nextiva team members are very smart and prompt, everyone in my office is enjoying the service too. Must use service!

has been growing and experiencing growing pains, so after 3 years I thought it was time to change. After reading lots of reviews, I decided Nextiva has the kind of support and reliability I need.
I had to call a sales person, which usually means the service (whatever it is) is more complicated. Once he sold me on the service, I attempted to sign up. After 30 minutes and no online info or instructions within the site, I gave up. My salesperson and I emailed back for the next 2 – 3 hours and I made a little progress here and there. Once I finally got my account set up and got into the system, I quickly realized that this is one of the most poorly designed systems I have ever seen. There are multiple log in/​user interfaces which is completely unnecessary and confusing to say the least. All I was trying to do was set up my cell phone to use the app, and there were so many steps in so many different screens (some of the controls are duplicated but you have to change them in the correct log in) that I decided it is far too complex for me and overly complex for anyone who doesn’t have 40 hours a week to spend dealing with it.
When I decided to cancel, only a few hours after signing up, my sales rep stopped responding to me. His sales tactics are dishonest and intentionally misleading so he can make a sale, and he omits lots of details that would have saved me time from signing up to begin with. When I asked him for a simple set of set up instructions, he provided me one sentence at a time of info despite my clear request for a complete set of set up instructions. I don’t know if everyone’s setup is like this at Nextiva, but I can sign up with almost any other VOIP provider in 5 minutes or less without talking to anyone or waiting for an email reply.

Nextiva has always been excellent. Great value. Customer service has been very friendly. Phones ported just as expected.

I’ve had a business system for the last year and it’s poor at best. When the system is running, it works ok, but it you have to talk to customer service it’s a nightmare. It takes multiple time to get anything fixed. I just added another phone line and this is my 7^th call to get it to work. The sales adds and salesperson got me to purchase the system and customer service has convinced me that I made a big mistake.

Horrible phone system with the worst possible customer service! If you want a company that can’t fix your phone lines right away and plays the blame game than this is your company!
I’ve had no phone lines on more than several occasions for god knows how long. Well this time it has been 3 Days and 16 hours!
Trying to get a «tech» on the phone to fix is like a three ring circus! The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
We run three different businesses through this system it has been installed for 8 or so months and it is still not correct! They can’t even get the right lines to dial out. The amount of business we have lost is unacceptable. Its a shame it has come to this. Looks like a complaint to the Better Business Bureau is in order.

We got stated with Nextiva about 2 months ago when fixing the PBX for the 100^th time was not a sustainable option. We knew we wanted to move the phones into the cloud and a hosted managed system was our best option.
Within the first week of service we had an issue with some call quality, but after a quick call with Nextiva support we realized there was a service issue with our ISP; fortunately the mobile app took over and we were back in business as if nothing had happened. Since then we’ve not had a single issue, the call quality is really good, and I find setting up and making changes easier than ever. I highly recommend this service.
