Established in 2011.

We are a team of professional recruiters and HR experts. We’ve seen over 50,000 job applications and résumés in over the past decade and when the economy started slowing down, we also saw so many applicants applying for and following up for jobs in the absolute wrong way. So in 2011, we set out to do something different. We wanted to get people employed again.

We knew we could help people fix this through modern and more effective resume writing, insightful resume critiques, professional career development and better career planning using the new techniques to get employed today.

As a successful human resources and recruiting executive for both publicly held and privately funded companies, Chris helped recruit and build world-​class teams for organizations large and small. Identifying, recruiting, hiring and developing talent is one of his core interests and gifts.

Today, he is applying his combined years of career development experience with his passion for building great teams with the creation of this new endeavor to help you get the job and career path of your dreams.
