As you can see from my other Unilocal reviews I have NEVER given a bad review. I think it’s bad karma and a waste of time. But in this case, I’m making an exception as I feel it’s my duty to warn you.
I should have asked for a refund the day I found out linkedin closed the loophole. I did everything they asked me to, investing over 100 hours trying to get it to work and now they are giving me the run around and refusing to honor their money back guarantee. $ 1200 and 100 hours down the drain. Beware.
Here are the details if you’re interested:
I purchased the mojo marketing software on 9÷9÷15 in three installments of $ 397. They offered a 45 day money back guarantee but required us to sign an agreement saying we would actually use the software before asking for a refund. Fair enough.
They were explicit in their sales webinar that the software works by exploiting a «loophole» (my words) in linkedin that allows you to send messages directly to people outside your personal network through groups. Before enrolling I asked what would happen if linkedin decided to close that loophole and my salesperson gave me all sorts of reasons why that would not happen. Three days later it did.
They said the software would still work, but the optimal way to make it work was to enroll for linkedin’s «sales navigator» which costs $ 60 a month. I couldn’t really afford that, but I wanted the software to work very badly. So I did as much preparation as I could and as soon as I had budget, I would sign up for sales navigator.
I attended all the required training webinars and did all the preparation work. That consumed about 40 hours of my time over the first 2 weeks. I paid the additional $ 60 to sales navigator, and started to try to use the software and got on as many of the ongoing support webinars as possible. Nonetheless, I found that it was difficult for me to actually run it. It wasn’t anywhere near as easy to «push the money button» as they claimed. The software was supposed to run in the background seamlessly, but it bogged down my system so badly I could barely do my regular work.
I availed myself of the support from online chat numerous (as in dozens!) times. Finally, just out of curiosity I asked about my operating system and Nico informed me that because IE doesn’t run well on Vista that the mojo software can’t be used with vista. In the initial sales webinar they were very clear that the software doesn’t run on Mac, so why they didn’t warn vista users at the beginning I have no idea. At this point my 45 days was almost up and I had barely gotten any requests out. Nico kindly offered to give me 45 more days to get it to work. At this point I had probably invested close to 100 hours trying to get it to work.
Once we finally got the software moved to my fiancé’s computer (not convenient at all, but I was determined to make this work) I was finally able to start «pushing the money button.» I kept engaging with Renee and others to adjust my strategy and kept hoping for results. I sent out a few thousand requests and only got back messages from people who appeared to be using a similar or same system and they were pitching me on buying their products, not inquiring about mine.
I was still determined. I made an adjustment and targeted HR directors instead of owners, same issue. I was still determined and then the software stopped loading on my computer. I got on chat with Renee and she said it was my computer and not the software and she couldn’t help. When I tried again the next day, they asked me to set an appointment for later in the day, but my schedule was full for the next three days. At that point, I was just done.
I have now asked 6 times for a refund and all they keep doing is offering to set me up on another one of their programs and give me a few months free.
If I find myself in Phoenix on business any time soon, I’m going straight to the courthouse and file a small claims suit.

Mojo Global sold me an automated Linkedin marketing program. It had a money back guarantee. From the beginning it did not work well. I could not get help for weeks then they contacted me and made temporary repair with a promise to extend my warranty. After program never worked as promised and when it did work it had miserable results. I wrote them an email requesting a refund. I have now sent them a certified letter requesting the promised refund. This company has no integrity and the product is not effectively usable as declared in their webinar. My next steps are to file a lawsuit in Scottsdale and populate the websites accepting evaluations and complaints. They have until Friday December 11, 2015 to answer my request. They just ignore you hoping you will go away.

Their «Money Back Guarantees» are worthless.
Mojo Global conducted an internet webinar on April 15, 2015, that offered a software program ($ 997 upfront payment + monthly lease) that would help generate customer leads from LinkedIn. This software program was offered with a «30 day money back guarantee for any reason.» This guarantee was made verbally and a «30 Day Money Back Guarantee» image was prominently displayed during the webinar.
Several weeks later when I requested a refund within the 30 window I was denied. Mojo Global requested an «exit interview» and then simply refused to refund my $ 997 payment. One of the owners (Cory Sanchez), who I was told was responsible for refunds, refused to return my phone calls or respond to my emails. After multiple requests for my refund I asked for a chargeback from my credit card company.
After my credit card company reversed the charge on my credit card Mojo Global submitted paperwork that I had signed but also included misleading paperwork that referred to a 3 (three) day guarantee period. My credit card company then reversed the charge in favor of Global Marketing pending «evidence» that proved they had offered a 30 day money back refund.
I submitted to my credit card company several screenshots from the webinar that clearly stated there was a 30 day guarantee. In addition I submitted an email from one of the Mojo Global’s employees that referred to their 30 day money back guarantee. Based on this evidence, my credit card company made a third and final reversal of the credit card charges in my favor.
In sum, I feel Mojo Global has no intention of honoring their «money back guarantees.» They delayed and ignored all of my requests for a refund and wasted a great deal of my time. And as mentioned above, they sent misleading information regarding the guarantee time period to my credit card company.

Mojo is a great company to work with. Their systems are cutting edge and they offer some of the best support that I have ever experienced. If you are looking to work with Mojo, I highly recommend you do it. You cannot go wrong.

Having watched so many webinars on opportunities, I was cautious about paying for such a high ticket item. However, Mojo Global has been a complete surprise as they deliver way more value than the cost of the program. I’ve not only benefited by learning more about how to utilize LinkedIn, I’ve gained the high quality, higher net worth clients as well as creating a business service I’ve added to marketing to local businesses. Do not hesitate, just act on it and your ROI will be through the roof.

Mojo Global helped us get steady flow of leads. The software that they use is very good and their support is always there to assist you with the problems like outreach message, follow up emails and so on. Can’t really say anything negative about them. However, I wish they would respond to emails faster, other than that I would recommend them to my friends.

Their Linkedin software is pretty amazing! I’ve been looking for something that gets me predictable prospects for years! Without their stuff, my sales numbers would be much lower.
