These were awesome, my kids and her friends loved their driver «Craig». they had the best time, the vehicles are very clean, the staff and sales team are very friendly and everything is discussed up front, no hidden charges.
Awesome job guys.

Beware. Big time.
If you just want a ride, they can do that.
BUT, if you want «private, intimate & memorable» with the use of of a privacy divider between you and the driver, get ready to be badly disappointed. My clear request, both at booking, and once the driver arrived, NEVER included notification that due to alleged «safety and heating/​cooling needs,» all of this company’s dividers are disabled.
Then please TELL the customer this when booking and before taking their money!
After our experience, I called several other Valley companies, NONE of which used this policy. A couple of them actually had a hard time believing this limo company would not honor clients’ privacy. After all, they said, what’s a divider meant to do in the first place?
I gave the Mirage manager every chance to make me a reasonably satisfied customer.
I suggested they refund the difference between the 3 hour minimum and the 1 hour we actually used. After a quick «no,» I asked what they might do to address the situation. All he offered was to launch into a long «why» they do what they do and why I was getting NOTHING from them.
Forget basic customer service too.
It took 2 calls and nearly a week for a call back. This manager, like the one before him, insisted I’d not be able to talk to the owner. The last guy said HE made the final decision and he would NOT be making an adjustment to my account.
Very well.
I too am in a profession which lives and dies by user reviews. The customer is NOT always right, but I’ll let you be the judge as to whether or not this company did us wrong. You can vote with your pocket book.

We hired the limo for the suns game. The hummer limo was amazing and the kids loved it. The driver was very nice to the kids. I defiantly recommend mirage limo and use them next time

I just called them to get more info on a quote, and I was treated terribly! This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! This was my first time even speaking with them and he interrupted me several times as if he had better things to do than to take my call.
If a so called professional business answers the phone «What?» they are NOT professional! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unethical, deceitful and ripoff. Kevin and his side kick, Cue, took 30 of my daughter’s friends for her 16^th birthday, I was on the bus, previously checked any back pack and then after 30 minutes, I got off at friend’s home to give them privacy and within 1 minute, 1 minute, they call and say they found alcohol, trip cancelled, no refund. they were even going to let minors off at a street corner, I told them I wanted to see alcohol and I would meet them at the Pointe, Kevin tried getting those kids off so quickly he was pushing them. I asked to see alcohol, and as they shut the door in my face, said «No we need it for evidence.» Set up and rip off. We are going to court and I hope all the negative reviews I’ve read do the same. And Attorney General’s office is another place to submit complaint. If there was a zero rating that would be my rating. Tara

I consistently use Mirage Limo anytime I want to go out on the town. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to do so. Every limo I have ever booked is very luxurious and clean and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you for always exceeding my needs!

Don’t bother dealing with these guys. They have no interest in doing right by the customer. I booked these guys for my wedding evening to pick up my husband and I to take us to our house to change and then head to the airport. What I booked was an Escalade with the wedding package to include decorations to show «Just Married» and sparkling cider in the car for us for a two hour time slot. The price should have been $ 75/​hr for the Escalade plus $ 50 for the wedding package and it was to include a 20% gratuity for the driver. What we got was a GMC SUV with no wedding package. We only used the limo for an hour and the driver said they wouldn’t charge for the hour we didn’t use, however, they charged us $ 200. When I called to inquire about the charge, they completely back pedaled on what they told me saying that they couldn’t have done the wedding package because it wasn’t a limo because of open container laws (even though I had requested sparkling cider, not champagne, to begin with) and that I should have never been offered it (from the manager who booked my reservation’s mouth). Then the manager stated that the driver was in no position to tell me they wouldn’t charge me for the second hour and that they had a two hour minimum to begin with (which I was never told). He then proceeded to argue with me and told me that he actually went above and beyond by sending me a GMC because it was newer and that on Saturdays they usually do a 3 – 4 hour minimum so I was then the «lucky» one to even have them take on my request and he was «shocked» that I called. They clearly have no interest in making a repeat customer out of me and I certainly won’t be back. They completely changed their story of everything I was told and deviated completely from what I actually booked. Ridiculous.

My boyfriend reserved a limo from mirage for our engagement. Kevin took great care of us from the beginning and Dan (our driver) was awesome. We had such a great time and really enjoyed the whole experience. We are using mirage again tonight for a birthday party.
If service stays the same we will continue to use them again and again.

We hired Mirage Limo for one of their Christmas Light Tours. It was terrible and the guy drove for 45 mins without seeing any lights. My husband called to complain and we THOUGHT Kevin was stand up guy. That is NOT the case. He was very nice one year ago on the phone and sent us an email offering us a free ride this year. We thought he was genuine and accepted. When we tried to book this year, he told us we needed the gift card he mailed us. We told him we never received a gift card and that he told us we just needed to call him– we still had the exact email. He then lied and said he mailed it on the 15^th of Dec — we didn’t even take our ride until the 17^th. He refuses to honor his commitment because we never received a gift card that he never told us we would be getting. TERRIBLE. AVOID.

I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of Mirage for two corporate events in the Scottsdale area. During the course of one week, I transported over 80 people to two separate events. I found Kevin and his team to be prompt, efficient and professional as they carried out their services. The people I transported were a mixture of clients and potential clients so I wanted to make sure it was a 100% positive experience for everyone and they did not disappoint. I will not hesitate to use Kevin and his team for future events and would recommend them to those who are in need of his services.

I’m not the kind of person to rent a party bus for a night out with the gals. However, I felt it appropriate to treat my new husband with a real birthday celebration. I rented a party bus for a group of 15 of our closest friends. The booking process was seamless. I spoke with Kevin to pick out the best and most affordable option. Then the night came to do it up. We got picked up at my house and headed out for some Phoenix/​Scottsdale bar hopping. Our driver and security were awesome. They handled our super drunk friends even when one decided to use the corner of the bus as a barf bag. They still treated us as VIP customers throughout the chaos. Next time, I will definitely have everyone chip in since party buses aren’t cheap, but no doubt we’ll be calling Kevin for the next big event.

Hands down the best party bus I’ve ever been on. I would recommend this company if you and some friends are looking for great service and a good time.

Make sure you read the contract over… They quoted me a price which i keep confirming with the person on the phone… When we got done they had given us one less hour and demanded we pay for that hour in cash… Beware they are shady

Where there is smoke, there is usually a fire. Avoid Mirage Limos at all costs. Walk, ride a skateboard and tow your guests… anything is better than the frustration of hiring these knuckleheads.
We hired a party bus to drive 25 family members 2 miles for a rehearsal dinner. As straight for as it gets, 3 hours in and out. Rude driver, dishonest owner, and you will get nickeled and dimed no matter what. Just bake a shenanigan charge of 25% into whatever estimate/​quote you are given.
You’ll ask to dispute it, owner will call you back… for no other reason than to argue with you about the contract. Zero concern or interest in making it right. Save the frustration, and hire ANYONE else.
Interesting side note, got a call 2 days later from the Phoenix PD… that same party bus was impounded later that same night. My wife’s lost/​stolen credit card magically appeared on the impounded bus… now considered ‘evidence.‘

i’m writing another review after receiving the letter from the company in the mail disputing my claim from the bank. Kevin – you said we were in the limo for «several stops» and even wrote «an hour and a half» in the letter. BS! We were in the limo for FIVE minutes. Check your notes again. Your company is horrible.

I have never been more disgusted with a company in my life. I apologize in advance for the profanity I’m going to use. I can’t help it. The anger towards these people is just unreal.
This was the most effed up party bus company I have EVER dealt with. So shady, thinking about them is making me pissed off all over again.
So we booked Mirage Limos for the Phoenix open for a group of about 20 – 30 people. We used them last year and had a great time. This time. Not so much. They’re real effing assholes.
I didn’t book the bus, so I can’t speak for the original arrangement. But we were to be picked up on Old Town at 10 and then we were going to head back around 4. As a group, we told everyone to be at the bus at 4 so we can leave together. The bus on the way back was fucking ridiculous. There was a driver and then his dickhead bouncer guy. I get it. They’re just doing their jobs. Well dude, your job is an effing joke. There are some of us back on the bus but we’re missing about half our group. Exiting the open on Saturday is a clusterfuck. It’s a stampede of drunken people all tired and wanting to go home. It’s definitely hard to get out of there. Two people in our group were standing on the sidewalk and the bouncer fucker decides it’s time to go and closes the door and starts pulling away. WTF. We’re screaming at the driver to stop. The girls were literally less than 20 feet away. Let them on the bus you effing jerk. Why the eff are you leaving? This isn’t a goddamn chain gang where you’re busing around criminals. We’re paying you a shit ton of money for a service and you should be delivering. It’s not like it was 6 pm and I’m asking them to wait. It was 4:20. Supposedly, we were supposed to be picked up at 4 and they were so nice and courteous that they waited a whole twenty minutes for us. There was no warning, no hey guys, we gotta go. They just locked up the door and bounced. They wouldn’t even pull to the side to give our friends a chance to meet up.
The driver and the bouncer are both assholes and say they won’t stop. All they did was tell me to call the owner. You can bet your ass I called. Except the guy I spoke (not sure he’s the owner or not) was a real gem. NOT. He hung up on me. Glad you’re so professional dickface.
Lesson learned. Don’t ever trust a 1 star company. These people are the worst. I hope really bad things happen to you. Dead serious. Usually, I’m joking and would probably feel bad if something actually did happen. Not the case, I hope a swarm of locust infest your house and cockroaches lay eggs in your ears. Every vile thing that could happen to a person, I hope happens to you.

Limo broke down on the middle of Guadalupe Road.
Our limo driver went home and left us with someone else in a new limo. Moved all of our stuff out of the limo and I could not get a hold of anyone to get picked up from ROXY in old town.
Thank god two of my friends were chilling in the limo they were the ones that I got a hold of to tell me what was happening. I called the number telling them what I was pissed about and I get hung up on three times. No one will talk to me, I will be showing up Monday morning and I have my lawyer looking in to the situation. My contract was broke I got over charged and my limo broke down. Plus because they switched limos my friend brought his brothers handkerchief with him didn’t want to take it in to the club so left it in the limo with the rest of our stuff. His brother recently passed and they just threw away the handkerchief. If they never switched my limo and if they would have called me and told me what was happening we would not be missing it.
DO NOT USE THEM! they sound legit when you sign your contract but in all reality they blow!

DO NOT hire Mirage Limousine… very dishonest business practices. The owner is not a man of integrity or a man of his word. We were promised a specific vehicle for my daughter’s wedding and 3 days before the wedding he left us high and dry. Find another reputable limousine service like Luxor Limousines.
