At Mind and Body Energetics, we specialize in relieving the body from life’s aches, pains and stresses. We recognize that there may be deeper causes to that «knot in your back» or «kink in your neck» and we aim to assist the body in relieving itself from these various discomforts on every level (physical, emotional, spiritual). Whether you’re in the mood for a relaxing Swedish Massage; your body is aching for a Deep Tissue/​Myofascial Release; or, if you’re requiring a spiritual tuning to break down hindering barriers with Reiki, we are here, and look forward to assisting you with all your wellness goals!

I’ve always known I wanted to help people achieve their greatest health, and in 2007, I received my massage certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Since then, I’ve studied under, and worked with a naturopathic doctor; and fulfilled positions at various resorts and exclusive country clubs around the valley. I have experience in many bodywork modalities from Myofascial Release (great for chronic pain, headaches/​migraines, TMJ), Pre/​Post Natal Massage, to Reiki and other forms of Eastern healing. I absolutely love what I do, and am thankful to be able to share the gift of bodywork and knowledge with my clients.
