My post op appointment went very smooth. Took my drains out n stitches. Healing is coming along nicely. Scheduled my final surgery. Love Dr. Malek. Kudos to him and his staff. Especially his nurse Jasmine.

Dr. Malek is the expert at skin and breast work. He does stuff that other doctors have never even heard of. My breasts looked fuller and less saggy than before, I can only credit Dr. Malek for this improvement. Great work from a very experienced and knowledgeable professional, thank you doctor!

Before seeing Dr Malek I visited with 3 other HIGHLY recommended plastic surgeons in Scottsdale. The breast augmentation that I required was not typical, as I needed a revision lift, as a follow up from a prior surgery done 11 years ago. And, in addition to this, I wanted larger implants to replace my old implants. Due to asymmetry and other issues, I was very apprehensive about having this procedure done. Undoubtedly, I was searching for a skilled surgeon who is also a perfectionist at breast revision. Not every plastic surgeon will perform revision surgery, perhaps because of the intricate precision and expertise that is required to produce a beautiful result. Most pleasantly, my impression of Dr. Malek and his staff, from the very first meeting, was nothing less than impressive. I enjoyed and appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of his staff. And, to my complete delight, I was actually consulting with Dr. Malek within 15 minutes of my given appointment time. (To my dismay, in some offices I waited from 30 minutes to 1 hour past my appointment time before seeing the doctor.) While I was with Dr. Malek, I felt he was very attentive to hearing my desires and expectations, as well as conscientious of my concerns for having this surgery. I value how very exact and specific Dr. Malek was in sharing the meticulous details of his knowledge and experience with similar cases to mine. I found his particular understanding of my situation, along with his detailed explanation of the technicalities involved in the intended procedures, to exceed that of any other plastic surgeon with whom I consulted. After one visit, I felt very confident that Dr. Malek not only knew precisely how to manage my surgery, but that he would also perform the very best work possible.
Perfectionist would be the best word to describe Dr Malek’s manner, practice and skills. I am so very pleased with his work, as well as with the pre– surgery and after surgery care provided by his staff. As a final note, I believe it is well worth noting that Dr. Malek has his own operating room within his office building, which he personally owns. His private facility by far provides a better patient experience from beginning to end than any public facility could. Without question, I highly recommend Dr. Malek for your plastic surgery needs.

I absolutely love his office! The staff is so amazingly nice and gorgeous. I’ve never felt more welcome. My breast augmentation came out amazing and I got a complimentary facial. My skin feels great. I absolutely would recommend this office.

In October of 2014 Dr. Malek performed a full tummy tuck and made a new belly button for me. I could not be happier! For the first time in six years I have a flat abdomen and a beautiful belly button. It actually looks better than the abdomen I had 20 years ago when I was 19.
Plus he helped me avoid getting my intestines lipo suctioned and my herniated belly button stitched to what was left of them by another surgeon. Greatest gift ever!

I had breast augmentation done 3 years ago and am completely happy with the results. I work in a hospital so I know how surgeons are, and although quiet, he is a wonderful surgeon with a pleasant demeanor. He gets straight to the point and makes sure his work looks excellent for the patient he’s working on. I know this because 3 of my friends have had work done by him and they feel the same way. I have also had photo facials done here and paid only once for the initial treatment and Tessa let me come back three more times for touch ups, just to ensure I was completely happy.

I am a «scaredy cat» by nature, especially when it comes to injectables. Barbara was my guiding light. When I asked to be numbed before Dysport injections, she complied and has been since that first visit. I am thinking about Juvederm and she agreed to give me a dental block. When she is at the helm, I feel no pain. You are amazing Barbara, thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with my results from dr malek. I had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. Dr malek is such a perfection from the moment I met him I knew there would be no one better. He made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. His staff is incredible. They have been available anytime I needed something. I would highly recommend dr malek to anyone, in fact I am sending my mom to him. From start to finish my experience with dr malek and his staff has been extraordinary!

Dr. Malek is the best plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. I have referred several clients to him for tummy tucks, lipo, botox, and breast augmentation. All of my clients have had an superb experience with him. I personally have gone to him for injections and have used his aesthetician for facials and my experience has been top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Malek.

Second bad experience with injectables. Was left with hard lumps, and asymmetry. Uncaring staff, unconcerned Doctor. Will be doing more research. Stuck with seriously odd hard round pea like lumps around lips. This place is happy to bill, but not to provide aftercare or instruction, for this type of procedure. Is neither adept, or interested. Was referred by someone happy with surgery. Refuses to uses Botox, insists on Dysport.

I am EXTREMELY happy with my results. Dr. Malek is a true artist and exceptional surgeon. I had an implant exchange and needed extensive reconstruction from a botched boob job from a Vegas surgeon years ago. Two of my issues were symmastia (I had no space in between breasts) and «bottoming out» or «double bubble» (implant was lower than breast) and the nipples were uneven. The old implants were too large and out of all of the surgeons I consulted with, Dr. Malek was the only one who was honest enough to tell me that I needed to go smaller to achieve my results. I was resistant at first but I had a gut feeling he knew what he was talking about and I’m thankful that I listened and chose him. All of these issues were corrected as he did an amazing job. Also, 200 cc’s smaller but since he chose high profile implants, I’m still a D cup :) He is a meticulous perfectionist and also provides the utmost individualized care. I highly recommend him.

Had excellent results. Staff is nice but not too welcoming. Dr. Malek is very good at what he does. I was more than happy with my surgery results and the post care I am receiving.
