Business Owner

Attorney Paul Deloughery graduated with honors from the Iowa College of Law, a top-​tier law school, in 1996. During law school, Paul was the research assistant to Professor Alan Widiss. During and immediately after graduating, he was a partner in a Medicare/​Medicaid certified home health agency in Southeastern Minnesota. Paul began practicing law in 1998 and was immediately drawn to helping families cope with difficult situations, particularly the death and incapacity of loved ones.

Paul is a frequent speaker on legal issues and is called to assist in complex probate litigation matters
