We provide private money loans to real estate investors in Arizona for up to 2 years.

We know not all transactions are alike and consider each transaction separately using an equity based foundation.

With the tightening of mortgage guidelines nationwide, we fill a need in the market and have thorough knowledge of the current real estate market.

Our goal is to build long term relationships with real estate investors, private borrowers, and brokers by providing excellent service.

History

Established in 2010.

Mike Corgiat, serves as Vice President of Business Development. Mike began his career in the mortgage and finance industry in 1993 after graduating from Northern Illinois University.

He quickly moved through the ranks of the servicing side of Household Mortgage Services, a division of Household International. After managing the bankruptcy department he began originating loans in 1996.

Mike was the 3^rd loan originator in the state of Arizona to earn the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation.

Mike Swerlyk is the Vice President of Sales. Although his most critical responsibilities are property valuation and loan underwriting, much of LM2 Investment Group’s success comes from the various resources Mike has uncovered in order to find borrowers.

Mike’s background includes over ten years or real estate, mortgage and management experience.

The «Two Mikes» partnered up and formed LM2 Investment Group in 2010.

Mike Corgiat, serves as Vice President of Business Development.

Mike began his career in the mortgage and finance industry in 1993 after graduating from Northern Illinois University.

He quickly moved through the ranks of the servicing side of Household Mortgage Services, a division of Household International.

After managing the bankruptcy department he began originating loans in 1996.

He was recruited in 1997 by ContiMortgage to revitalize their Arizona mortgage branch.

After two years of success at ContiMortgage, he left to start his own company, Valley Wide Mortgage Corp.

While acting as the respondsible individual for the company, he was the company’s top producer and also managed a team of highly regarded loan originators.

Mike was the 3^rd loan originator in the state of Arizona to earn the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation.

Mike’s 17 years in finance are utilized in the day to day operations and future development of the LM2 Investment Group.
