Meet the Business Owner

Tom, Shannon H.

Business Owner

Tom’s undergrad was in architecture and his master’s is in architecture/​urban design. His passion is renovating mid century apartments that preserve the architectural integretry of the building while updating them to create a modern, clean, aesthetic.

Shannon worked in advertising, graphic design and architectural marketing before starting a career in real estate. She has a lifelong interest in architecture and design.

Together, Shannon and Tom work renovate and manage mid century apartments in the Arcadia and Uptown neighborhoods.
