It looks like my original review was deleted so I will start a new one. About a year ago I called to see what kind of prices they charge. I have since been getting non-​stop sales calls. I have been asked to be taken off the calling list more then 15+ times. Today they have decided to call me again after months and months of asking the office to please stop calling me. This is a horrible way to run a business to gain customer. My advise don’t bother calling!!!

$ 4,000 for laser hair restoration. Didn’t work! They tried to get me for an additional $ 2,000 after one year of treatment. Whatever few hairs came in, promptly fell out. Waste of money. Oh, and the guy in charge threatened to publish my pictures if I told anyone of my negative experience with them. This was after I asked for the refund that they would not honor. RUN AWAY NOW!!!

Absolutely unhappy with LaserMed Solutions Las Vegas office! I paid thousands and still bald after 9 months of their light therapy. Their promises to help you grow your hair back or your money back is false too! Having a hard time getting any money back. Don’t waste your money!

I am in Laser Med Solutions program for hair loss called Integrated Hair Solutions. I have been in the program for a little over a year and I am thrilled with the results. I have very fine, thin hair, and I was rapidly loosing it to the point of embarrassment. If you follow the guide lines for home care and office treatments, the regrowth of hair from no hair in a follicle to one hair in each follicle, to new growth in all areas with 2 and 3 strands growing in each follicle. Amazing results! I kept a log to make sure that I kept to their recommendations of the topical nightly liquid, used their included shampoo and rinse, used the home unit every 48 hrs plus the once a week office advanced laser machine to complete each weeks schedule. I can now go out in public and not be ashamed to be seen without a hat. I still have a couple more weeks to go and with each scan they take of my progress, it is very visible to see all of my new hair growth. I couldn’t be happier! The staff was very caring and helpful. I have experienced slow but progressive hair loss over the past 20 years. I found Laser Med Spa after watching a program on tv. Once I saw my actual photos, I was amazed at how much hair I had actually lost. Patient compliance is the key to success in this program. I have one in office laser treatment per week, and use a hand held laser comb at home every other day. I shampoo my hair using the products that are included in the program, and use a topical treatment every night. My initial treatment was for 12 months. I have undergone treatment now for 14 months, and have only missed one in office treatment because I was on vacation. I am happy to report that the area where I had the most recent hair loss has been restored. I continue to have new growth in the area where I had the most hair loss. I am happy with the results thus far, and I am excited to be able to continue with my treatment for another 6 months to get optimal results. The laser program does work, but just like hair loss, it doesn’t happen over night. I have recommended this to other females I know with hair loss.

I was absolutely pleased with the results of my treatments if you commit to it and follow the procedures which are very simple. The staff was warm, caring and most importantly professional and made me feel at ease. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars. I was on (barter) but I still earned it. I spent $ 1100 pre-​pay by the way for services reindered for my saddlebags. They charged me tax services by cash, which is illegal! I was never seen by a nurse or physician. The owner is out of the country every other week! The girls are very sweet and great! More imortantly, I lost weight in my stomach area but nowhere near where I had laser treatments, not to mention all the time away spent on driving there and there laser machines as well as the stand up vibrating one. They blame it on the fact I had two alcohol drinks and three coffees in one month. Again, I lost weight in other area. They never offered me a refund and just a different laser machine, really?

If there was a zero I would give them that. They scammed me and they have no integrity. The tummy reducing laser is full of sh@@ do not spend your precious money on them. I can’t believe there are people looking so professional but so unethical. They wouldn’t refund my money even though there were no results. The female owner and male said its not guaranteed that’s why it’s non refundable. They told me this after all my treatments. But when I first went they said it will definitely work for you because your tummy is not that big at all. If you decide to go any way, then ask them what the percentage that it will work. Paid over $ 1600.

After reading some of these reviews I feel pretty much the same. I wish i would’ve read them before i spent money on this! I got pretty much the same results: nothing. There was only one review that was different and that was Johnny D who obviously works for them. I thought I’d try this because I saw it on Sonoran Living and thought they were pretty trustworthy. I don’t like to exercise and it said no exercise required. So I traveled about 70 miles to and fro with my kids 3 times a week for 3 weeks. The customer service was horrible. I did mention to them that I wasn’t seeing a difference and they kept telling me to wait until after the 9 week and the measurements would show the difference. After the 9^th week the measurement showed no inches off. They told me that I was probably bloated, to give it time and to take pills to help let everything out. To this day its been about 3 months and there’s absolutely no difference. I paid $ 1100. What a waste!!! I would never recommend this place. It’s a money making scam and 3 on your side should investigate!!!

The old adage «if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is» definitely applies to this place. DO NOT waste your money or your time! I paid $ 1400 for 12 treatments. I took my measurements the night before I started. I followed their instructions to the letter — no coffee, no alcohol, no caffeine, take niacin, exercise, and was losing nothing. I kept being told it would come off, don’t worry. It didn’t…nothing. I wrote a letter to them expressing my disappointment and finally after 2 months I received a call from them offering me 9 free treatments. I tried it again (once again taking my own measurements for comparison) and when Tiffany began to take my measurements all of a sudden she said «I’m not happy with this measuring tape, I need to get another one». Hmmmmm. After measuring she told me I’d lost 12 inches!!! Now that is a substantial loss and one would think losing that much that it would be quite apparent in the way my clothes fit… well, once again there was NO difference! Interesting that my measurements showed no loss and their measurements showed 12 inches!!! A bit suspicious, to say the least.
This week they called me to ask me to take down my review on Google since I «had lost such an amazing amount» (yeah right) and when I said I would not take it down; that I had again lost NOTHING and I didn’t want anyone else to waste their money she hung up on me!
So not only is this a waste of time and money in my opinion, but they are rude.
If this really worked, then everyone would be thin and there would be no reason to diet and exercise. Please don’t waste your money.

After seeing Laser Med Solutions on Sonoran Living Live I thought I would give them a try. Taking estrogen had caused me to gain belly fat. I was intrigued with what they had to offer and was reassured that it would help and boy was I wrong. By the 5^th visit I had mentioned to the office staff that I was seeing NO DIFFERENCE whatsoever. She reassured me that it would start to come off. By my 9^th and final visit I had lost nothing, no inches and I had done everything I was instructed to do.
They took my money and are using it for their false advertisement. They promised and it did not come thru. I had asked on several occasions where Lindsey was (I wanted to talk to her about it) and every time I was told something different. Finally being told she was off to Las Vegas to open up their new medical office. Hmmm not what I was told previously.

Do NOT waste your time or money on this! I saw an ad for this on TV and called their office. I was assured I would lose many inches and the person I spoke with, Jon, told me he recently went from a 40″ waist to a 34″ prior to a trip to Hawaii. Impressive, so I decided to try it. I paid $ 1400 for 12 treatments — 3 more than the recommended 9. I followed the instructions explicitly and kept voicing my concern that I was losing nothing. At the end I was told I’d lost 4 inches overall, 2 in my target area. I had done my own measurements and actually I lost NONE — NOT ONE. When I voiced my displeasure at the measurement appointment, the only recourse I was offered was to purchase MORE treatments, telling me they’d really concentrate on my «target area»…well, why didn’t they do that in the first place!!! I wrote a letter to the physician and heard nothing back, not even the consideration of a response by letter or by phone.
I SHARE her feelings and realize I’m not the only one. I want my money back!
It’s also funny that when I read «Jonathon’s» review on Google, the guy that made my appointments was also named Jonathon… quintessential? I still cant believe the weekday television shows STILL allow them on. Remember, they pay the television programs so the stations are just figuring $$ signs.
